1. Service. My Sick Plant ("we", an EVO TECH project) provides an AI tool that analyses a photo of a plant, leaf or lawn and returns a likely diagnosis (disease, pest or nutrient deficiency) and, for paid users, a suggested treatment plan. Results are AI-generated guidance for home growers, not professional agronomic, horticultural or pesticide advice, and may be inaccurate. Always read and follow product labels and local regulations before applying any treatment.
2. Free tier & accounts. You may run up to 3 diagnoses per day for free without an account. Paid plans and saved history require an email (magic-link) sign-in.
3. Subscriptions & billing. Monthly ($9.99/mo) and Yearly ($49.99/yr) are auto-renewing subscriptions; the 30-pack ($4.99) is a one-time purchase of 30 diagnoses. Prices are in USD and may adjust by region. Payments are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record, who appears on your statement and issues receipts.
4. Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Account → Manage billing (the Creem customer portal) or the link in your receipt. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt it. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for plant loss, crop damage, or costs arising from reliance on AI output. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional.
