My Sick Plant is an AI plant-diagnosis tool. By using it you agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or non-plant content, or anything containing other people's personal data.
• Rely on AI output as professional agronomic, horticultural, medical or pesticide-application advice — results are guidance only and may be wrong. Always follow product labels and local law before applying treatments.
• Use the diagnosis or treatment guidance to grow illegal plants or to apply pesticides in a manner inconsistent with their label or the law.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, resell, or attempt to bypass the free-tier limits or security of the service.
