Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime. Cancel a subscription from Account → Manage billing (the Creem customer portal) or the link in your payment receipt. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period; you are not billed again after cancelling.

Refunds. Because a free tier (3 diagnoses/day) lets you try the core tool before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for periods already started. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a technical failure, or you were charged in error — contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Credit packs. The one-time 30-pack is non-refundable once diagnoses have been used; unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
