Privacy Policy

What we collect. The photos you submit for diagnosis; your email (if you sign in); diagnosis results and history you save; basic usage/analytics; and payment status from our processor. We do not sell your data.

How we use it. To run the AI diagnosis, provide your account and saved plant history, process payments, prevent abuse (per-IP free-tier limits), and improve the service.

Subprocessors. We share the minimum necessary with:

• Creem.io — payments (Merchant of Record) & billing.
• Supabase — authentication, database & image storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• OpenRouter / Google (Gemini) — the AI vision model that analyses your photo.
• Resend — transactional email (magic-link sign-in).

Analytics & cookies. Analytics load only after you accept the cookie banner (consent-gated). Free-tier limiting uses a first-party cookie.
